Sister Tanner's Wheat Bread

5 cups hot water
3 tablespoons yeast
5 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cups honey
2 tablespoons salt
2-4 tablespoons dough enhancer (like powdered milk)

Mix.

Add 8-10 cups whole wheat flour. Knead 3 minutes. Shape and let rise 30 minutes. Bake for 24 minutes 350 degrees.
