Grammy Ann's Thick Beef Stew


1 lb. or so stew meat or pieces of round steak
Small bags of baby carrots
4 or 5 med. potatoes, skinned and cut-up
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water (can add ½ c. or more water if too thick after 3 hours)

Bake @ 250 degrees F for 5-6 hours

This is a very hearty stew recipe from Mark's mom. It is thick and tasty!
