Grandma Robin's Pretzel Jello



Bottom layer:
  • 2 ½ c. pretzel sticks
  • ¾ c. melted butter
  • 3 T. sugar
Combine and press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake @ 450o for 5 minutes. Cool.
2nd layer:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix up and spread on top.
3rd layer
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkg raspberry jello
  • Frozen raspberries
Boil 2 c. water; dissolve in jello. Add frozen fruit. Let set for a minute or two and then pour on top. Cool in fridge 4-5 hours.

This recipe is from my mom. She usually makes it at extended family gatherings. It usually gets gobbled up pretty quick (I am one of those gobblers!)
