Jessica's Soft Sugar Cookies


  • 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
Beat butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined. Beat in eggs milk, and vanilla until combined. Slowly add flour to mixer. Divide dough in half. on a lightly floured surface, roll them out thick! Cut into shapes. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
