1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
60 miniature Snickers candy bars
Cream butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix. Wrap dough around the unwrapped candy bars. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate glaze, if desired.
Chocolate Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
Combine powdered sugar, cocoa and milk together. Add additional milk 1 teaspoon at a time until the glaze is a drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cookies by putting glaze in a Ziploc bag with a tiny hole cut from one corner.
