1 sm. jar dried beef
6 chicken breast, boned and skinned
3 3 lean bacon strips, halved
1 can cr. of mushroom soup (I usually use 2 cans)
1 c. sour cream
Spread beef in shallow baking dish. Wrap bacon around each rolled breast, securing with toothpick. Combine soup, sour cream and spread over chicken. (Can be refrigerated at hsi point.) Bake,covered, at 250 F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Can take the cover off the last 15 minutes to brown. (I put the soup and sour cream in the blender if the kids don't want to see the little brown mushroom THINGS!)
Serve with corn and mashed potatoes.
This is so delicious. It may be my favorite recipe from Mark's mom. The dried beef is in little jars at Walmart and doesn't cost very much.
