Grandma Robin's Cheese Nip Chicken


4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-2 cups crushed cheese nips
1 cup sour cream
paprika
butter

Coat chicken with sour cream. Cover in crushed crackers. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Place coated chicken on top and place in 350 oven for 35 minutes. Half way through cooking, baste with butter. When chicken is tender and juices run clear it is finished.

This is a great recipe that my mom makes! One of the best parts of this recipe, according to me and my brother Travis, is eating the leftover stuff in the pan once the chicken is removed. Don't use Cheez-its, only Cheese Nips. My mom is ADAMANT about that!
