1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
3 T. worchestire sauce
1 c. sour cream
Approx. 1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Brown meat. Add onion. Mix in one can mushroom soup, worchestire sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes. Take off heat. Mix in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
I loved when my mom would make this growing up. When she was out of the kitchen I would snitch a bite of the meat mixture out of the pan.
